My name is Karen Royle and I’m a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist. I support the communication and interaction skills of children aged 18 months to 5 years.
My specialism is working with young children with social communication difficulties, autism and global developmental delay. I work directly with children in their homes and nurseries. I cover the areas of Market Harborough, Corby, Kettering and the surrounding villages.
I provide assessment and therapy for:
Children who are behind with their development (e.g. not meeting their milestones), including a delay with understanding and talking.
Children with Complex Communication Needs, e.g. those children with special educational needs and disabilities including autism. Your child does not need to have a diagnosis to work with me.
I work in local pre-schools and nurseries and I offer direct support to children attending educational settings. I am passionate about working with Early Years professionals to support the development of children in their care. I do not work with school age children.
